Store Terms and Conditions

1. General

  1. You are requested to read these terms and conditions in full and carefully, as a prerequisite for entering into an agreement between the parties.
  2. The store is intended for the purchase of products by internet users in Israel. Only individuals aged 18 and above, with a valid email address on the Israeli internet network, a residential address in Israel, and a valid credit card in Israel, are eligible to make purchases.
  3. A prerequisite for the validity of a participant's purchase is the approval of the credit card company for the transaction and payment.
  4. Browsing the store and/or purchasing products and/or services offered for sale constitutes your agreement to accept and act according to these terms and conditions. Therefore, if you do not agree to any of the terms, you are requested not to use the store.
  5. Prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Regular Purchase

  1. In a regular sale, a limited quantity of products is offered for sale at a predetermined fixed price. The sale process will be conducted under the following conditions:
    • The store will display a list of products, including all details about the product or service offered for sale and the price as predetermined. The sale is until the stock runs out.
    • After adding the desired products to the "shopping cart," the buyer will proceed from the "shopping cart" page to "purchase confirmation," where they will fill in their full details. The online purchase process will then be completed.

3. Order Cancellation

  1. Generally, the customer is entitled to cancel the transaction* subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (the "Law": http://www.consumers.org.il/category/deal-annulment-regulations).
  2. A refund will be given by law within 3 business days only from the day of receipt of the product. The refund will be given to the purchaser according to the payment method used. For cancellation of a transaction, 5% of the transaction value will be deducted.
  3. If the product has been supplied to the customer or is in the shipping process, the customer is obliged to return the product to the store itself. It is agreed that the customer will return the product in its packaging, intact and without any damage or defect of any kind.
  4. It is agreed between the parties that if the product was sent to the customer and the shipping was provided free of charge subject to a minimum order amount specified on the website, the refund will be given after deducting the actual shipping cost to the customer.
  5. The store is entitled to cancel a transaction or sale, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
    • A typographical error occurred, whether in the price of the product or in the product description.
    • In case of force majeure, acts of war, hostility, terrorism, and/or any other event that prevents the continuation of a proper sale.
    • Notice of the cancellation will be given to the buyers by phone and/or email to the address provided during registration.
  6. In the event that the product is out of stock after an order has been placed, the store is entitled to cancel the sale. Notice of such cancellation will be given in writing or by phone.

4. Product Supply

  1. The store will ensure the supply of the ordered product to the address entered by the customer during registration, within the specified time frame according to the chosen shipping method and an additional 2 business days for item production:
    • Express Shipping: 2 business days for item production + 21 business days for product delivery to the nearest Israel Post branch.
  2. The store and/or the suppliers will not be responsible for delays in product delivery in the following cases:
    • Force majeure, including but not limited to war, acts of hostility, emergency situations, and natural disasters.
    • Strikes by product delivery companies.
  3. Product and/or service delivery times as specified on the sales page include only business days, i.e., Sunday-Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.

6. Product Exchange

  1. Product exchange is possible with an invoice number or order number within 21 business days only, provided the product is returned in new condition.
  2. If a different item was sent than the one ordered, or if there is a substantial defect, SAND is responsible for collecting and sending the correct product as listed in the order.

7. General

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all genders.
  2. The store and/or its representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the user or a third party as a result of using the site.
  3. Icons (ICONS), any information and/or display appearing on the site, including graphics, design, verbal presentation, trademarks, logos, including their arrangement and display on the site, are the exclusive property of the store.
  4. It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, distribute, publish, or use in any other way the content appearing on the site unless prior written consent has been given by the store.
